An Event Sponsorship Agreement or Contract is a formal legal document that sets out the arrangement between an event host (eg the host of a film, music or arts festival) and a sponsor (eg a local business looking to promote its brand). An agreement goes further than a simple sponsorship proposal. An agreement creates a binding legal commitment, enforceable in a Court of law.
